Sam Morgan - Chairman / Director

In 1999, Sam founded Trade Me - New Zealand's most successful Internet business. Trade Me operates successful businesses in auctions, dating, automotive, real estate, recruitment, online maps and school reunions and accounts for over half of all of the locally served traffic on the NZ Internet. Sam sold Trade Me to Australia media giant Fairfax for $700m in 2006.

Greg Miller - Director

Greg (Group General Manager, Toll New Zealand) has over 24 years experience working in the supply chain and logistics industries globally. He has a rare mix of operational and commercial skills including finance, technology, specializing in networks management and acquisitions. Greg joined Tranz Rail Holdings in 2001 and subsequently Toll New Zealand in 2003 to establish new strategic direction for the freight, logistics and international companies within the group.

John Holt - Director

John is a successful global entrepreneur and intrapreneur across a broad range of industry and business including computer hardware and software, financial services, property, construction, hospitality and security. John is currently a Director and Chief Executive Officer at Sonar6.

Brendon Petrich - C.E.O

Brendon has a background in commercial management, business development and supply chain management. Brendon joined VisFleet from Omnilab Media Group, an Australasian media company, where he held the dual roles of Group Commercial Manager in Australia and NZ General Manager for Omnilab NZ. Previously Brendon worked at Air New Zealand, Television New Zealand and in the NZ Navy.

Aisha Fenton - C.T.O

Aisha has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked as a line manager, product manager, architect and a developer. In his previous role at Datacom as Technology Manager he headed the development efforts of many large .NET and J2EE solutions working in the insurance, health care, and FMG industries. Aisha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing and Bachelor of Music from the University of Auckland.

Hamish Coop - Commercial Director

Hamish is an experienced business developer with a background in IT management, start-ups and consulting. He has worked abroad for a number of years during which he held director level roles at several London-based start-ups. Hamish holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from Canterbury University.

Steve Taylor - C.O.O

Steve has worked for: CompuServe, Terabyte Interactive, Virtual Spectator, the Louis Vuitton America's Cup Media Centre, and Atrac. He has always specialised in operational roles with an IT focus. Steve has over 8 years experience in the GPS tracking market.
