Find the best worker for the job.


Map helps you find the closest worker. Reduce your fuel bill by selecting the closest available worker. Check this in an instant by hovering over the worker to see a list of today's jobs. Displaying jobs and workers on the same map enables you to make much better dispatching decisions.

Take the pain out of job changes.


Drag jobs to another worker and time. OK so your day has gone a bit crazy and one of your team is looking overloaded. If a job's not been started simply drag in real time to another worker. Click Publish and the new schedule is sent to the team immediately.

Quickly see who's working on which jobs.


The Assigned panel includes check-at-a-glance pie charts to dynamically display progress through job steps. Job status is color coded on the schedule and the map. Check-at-a-glance - have jobs started on time? Are jobs running over? No more phone calls to understand what is going on.

 

Organize your jobs.


The job organizer lets you arrange jobs however you like. For example, group by worker, job status, job type. The job organizer lets you group jobs based on a custom field you have set up - a very powerful tool.

We've all come to expect a map and satellite view - depending on your preference click on either to show jobs and workers highlighted in relation to map features or physical terrain.

Jobs are displayed with linking arrows to display sequence - you can spend as long as you want optimizing job sequence (and reducing your fuel bill) before publishing out to workers.

Accurate addressing.


Address auto-complete helps you enter an accurate address. We use predictive Google address validation to ensure you select a Google-recognized address for accurate display on the map. Presenting workers and jobs on the same map is key to enabling much better dispatch allocations.

 

Get your schedule right before you publish it.


The big orange button - great thing is, you can get your schedule just right before transmitting out to your team. Click publish and your team will have their updated schedules on their phones in seconds.

Specify different job workflows.


Our flexible template builder allows you to specify job steps - as many as you like, each labeled how you want them consistent with your companies terminology. Job templates are ideal for setting up specific steps and custom fields for different job types. You can also set up customer specific templates for those customers you frequently serve. Some jobs stretch across multiple locations - no problem, specify an address for every job step.

Dispatch to an existing customer,
or create a new one.


Auto-fill the customer as you type - this feature lets you select your customer in a few key strokes. Don't waste time trying to find those customer details, this feature loads details directly from the customer database. If you are loading a new customer, a record will be automatically created for you to edit now or later - over to you.
