Priority U provides a wide range of refrigeration, ice machine and commercial appliance repairs. They offer a same day service and 24 hour emergency hot-line. Fitting within the rapidly growing On Demand Mobile Service economy, they pride themselves on their ability to respond to urgent call outs with a mobile team of technicians.
We interviewed Jolene Dueringer, VP and Owner, about how they operated both before and after vWork.
"Before vWork we were using paper work order and 2 copy forms. This manual process resulted in missing paperwork, inadequately completed job forms which made monthly invoicing difficult. Reading the tech’s handwriting was often a challenge and time consuming."
"Before vWork, we were using paper work orders and two copy forms. This manual process meant we faced challenges around missing paperwork orders that the technicians in the field were completing. The mobile technicians didn’t always fill out the information that was required on the paper work orders and crucial information for invoicing was missing. The other issue was that it was difficult and time consuming to dig out the forms once they were completed and filed. And if they got lost, we didn’t know who or what to bill. In addition to the billing issues they also had to deal with illegible hand writing which was hard to read and time consuming!

They love the map feature for driving to the next location from where they are. It is easy for staff at the office to see what is going on."
