We're delighted to have added world-renowned industrial tires manufacturer, GRI Tires, to our growing list of Australian-based customers.
GRI Tires, a leading producer of specialty tires, has offices in 9 countries and sales in over 50 countries around the world, producing high-performance Agriculture, Construction and Material Handling Tires.
They will begin using vWork in January 2022, to manage their tire supply and fitting operations across Australia, with a key focus on improving the allocation of jobs to service technicians and field service workers.
GRI Australia General Manager, Levi Silcox, says vWork will help streamline the GRI’s dispatching as well as improve communication with the company’s dispersed customer base.
“vWork will improve our job allocation processes as well as our communication of impending and completed jobs, between dispatchers, field staff and customers” says Silcox.
